Very few people, including health professionals, understand the difference between stress and anxiety and their link to conditions such as depression. This course gives you the ability to overcome anxiety and manage stress, whatever your age.

Running any form of business comes with a range of stresses and anxieties, all of which impact both our physical and mental health. This course is tailored to your needs to ensure you get what you want from your enterprise, whilst maintaing wellness.
What can you expect from a Choose Wellness course?
Choose Wellness has been established to provide resources for individuals, in all walks of life, who wish to take sovereignty over their own mental wellness. The links between stress, anxiety and depression are poorly understood by many. We aim to correct that with a series of targeted self- paced courses and support resources. There are courses for people at different stages of life. The courses contain some common elements and other modules crafted to offer targeted support and information. Individual support from a trained counsellor is available if required and we have a community for members where you will find additional resources and help.
