What can you expect from a Choose Wellness course?
Choose Wellness has been established to provide resources for individuals, in all walks of life, who wish to take control over their own mental wellness. The links between stress, anxiety and depression are poorly understood by many. We aim to correct that with a series of targeted self- paced courses and support resources. There are courses for people at different stages of life. The courses contain some common elements and also modules crafted to offer targeted support and information. Individual support from a trained professional is available if required.
